Sporting Cristal FC is a Peruvian football club, founded in 1955, that is based in Lima. The team competes in the top-tier Peruvian Primera División and has a strong history of success, having won numerous national championships and international competitions. Sporting Cristal is known for its attacking style of play and a strong youth development program, which has produced several talented players who have gone on to have successful careers both domestically and internationally. The club's home stadium is the Estadio Alberto Gallardo, which has a capacity of around 18,000 spectators.
