Udinese Football Club, commonly referred to as Udinese, is an Italian football club based in Udine, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, that currently plays in Serie A, the top flight of Italian football. Founded in 1896, Udinese is the second oldest club in Italy, and is one of the most successful clubs in the country, having won the Serie A title in 2005–06, and finishing as runner-up in the following season. Udinese has also won the Coppa Italia twice, in 1985–86 and in 1990–91, as well as the Supercoppa Italiana in the same year. The club has also competed in European competitions, and has achieved moderate success in the UEFA Cup, reaching the quarter-finals in the 2003–04 season.
Dinamo Zagreb FC is a Croatian football club that is based in the capital city of Zagreb. It is one of the most successful and dominant teams in Croatian football, consistently winning domestic trophies and regularly competing in European competitions. The club has a strong youth development system, known for producing talented players who have gone on to have successful careers in top European leagues. Dinamo Zagreb FC is also known for its passionate fan base and its historic stadium, Stadion Maksimir, which has been the home ground for the team since its establishment in 1945.
